Alpharetta Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics...it is hard for me to find the words that express how much I love and appreciate the doctors and staff here. We have been seeing Dr. Caruso since my son was 1 years old. It was an emergency situation and we were referred here by our pediatrician. We certainly lucked out with finding this gem. Dr. Caruso is kind, caring, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, perceptive and skilled. My son has special needs, and for the past 8 years, the doctors and staff have gone above and beyond to help him be successful at the dentist. My two younger daughters also see Dr. Caruso. They needed extra support to feel comfortable and everyone was quick to come up with a solution and plan; all the while doing so with a smile on their face. We live a little further away now, but I happily drive because I do not want to go anywhere else. The office is setup to be warm and inviting; there is a spacious and comfortable waiting room for the parents as well as some fun amenities for the kids...a game room, a movie room and lots of high value prizes. They have made going to the dentist something to which to look forward.

Fantastic Dentists and practice! I take my 3 to Dr. Kindregan and she is kind, knowledgeable, and super great with the kids! We feel comfortable and taken care of with each visit. My schedule is chaotic and they are very understanding and accommodating with scheduling or rescheduling. Despite the drive being 35min away, they are well worth it! Trusting place to go... highly recommend :)

I am a new patient of Dr. Francesca. She has been so helpful in explaining different options for braces and what she thinks would be best for my treatment. I was very pleased to find out that they treat not only pediatrics for orthodontics, but adults as well. I have always been nervous about dentists/orthodontist, but this office has made me feel extremely comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Alpharetta Childrens Dentistry is the BEST! If I could give it 6 stars I would. Dr. Caruso Dr. Francesca the orthodontist are amazing, my two boys have been coming to Alpharetta Childrens Dentistry since they were 3 and will not go anywhere else. If you are looking for a high quality pediatric dentistry then look no further.

They have gone out of their way to personalize the dental care of my children. I was particularity impressed when we had a minor problem during off-hours! They are such an attentive staff and the dentists are excellent and caring.

My son has been coming to the practice since he was 2 years old. He is now 17. The practice is awesome! We've never had a problem. The dentists are very personable, professional, and practical. I highly recommend the practice to any one.

The staff here is super welcoming and friendly like you have known them all of your life. I went in to get a quick cleaning before I headed out of town to go back to school. They had me squeezed into their schedule so that I am able to start the new year with a nice and clean smile. Nowhere else around here is able to get someone in for a cleaning last minute around the holidays like Alpharetta Childrens Dentistry can!Great work everyone, keep it up!

My kids are now 19 and 21 and are moving on to adult-only dentists but wanted to share what a friendly and supportive environment we have enjoyed over the past 15+ years with the staff at Alpharetta Children's Dentistry. Professional, courteous, kind, detailed follow-up, personable are just a few words that come to mind. And of course most of all, expert care. I highly recommend this practice to any family with kids looking for a dental home.

Love the practice and love Dr. Caruso. The staff, the facility is very good. My daughter loves to come here (never seen someone that enjoys going to the dentist!). she does not mind the wait as there is a lot to keep her busy with, and she loves leaving with a little momento. The doctors and staff make the procedure and process as painless as they possibly can..
