Our Dentists

Dr. George MacMaster founded Alpharetta Children’s Dentistry in a small office on Alpha Court in 1989. It has grown into a practice that takes pride in providing the best possible care for all children, from newborn through college. Dr. Mac and his colleagues share in the belief that creating a positive experience and making a child feel comfortable is the ultimate goal of this practice. Dr. Mac is board-certified in pediatric dentistry, and attended dental school at the Medical College of Georgia and completed his pediatric residency at the University of Florida.

He enjoys amusing the patients and staff with his unique brand of humor and can often be found working on new computer programs.

Dr. Theresa Caruso graduated from dental school at West Virginia University and completed a general practice residency at The Ohio State University. Dr. Caruso taught at WVU dental school as a clinical and academic instructor for three years prior, to completing her pediatric residency at the University of Rochester. Always smiling and ready with a kind word, Dr. Caruso is dedicated to helping children have a positive dental visit. She’s been a part of Alpharetta Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics for the past 24 years. Dr. Caruso and her husband Marty have two children. Being with her family, whether traveling together or just hanging out at home, is her favorite leisure time activity.

Dr. Meaghan Kindregan was introduced to pediatric dentistry in high school while working for her dad, Dr. Mac! Following in his footsteps, Dr. Kindregan is board-certified in pediatric dentistry, and received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia, and even though she is a dedicated Georgia Bulldog fan, she completed her pediatric dental residency at the University of Florida! She and her husband, Patrick, love spending time with their 2 daughters and their golden retriever, Kirby.

Dr. Donielle Williams grew up as a military brat and has lived in nine different cities; however she affectionately refers to the city of Atlanta as her “home”! Dr. Williams graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana with a BS in Biology, and received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. She obtained her specialty training in pediatrics from the University of California-Los Angeles, where she served as Chief Resident, while also earning a Master’s Degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Community Health Sciences. Dr. Williams is a child advocate and strives to deliver quality dental care for children of all ages, including those with special health care needs. In her free time, Dr. Williams enjoys traveling, watching movies, cooking, and spending time with her husband and her fur baby Sophia!
